Now write a short brief explaining the problem to someone who's never seen it before. Imagine you're handing this to a colleague who's going to help you fix it.

Walk through what happens step by step:
What's painful about it?
How much time does it take?
What usually goes wrong?
What would "fixed" look like?
How would you know it was working?
